My name is Emily Lopuch (pronounced "low-puck"), and I believe good design is the product of persistence, a keen eye, and that feeling in your gut when everything feels right.
I am a creative problem solver and an experienced woman-artist. I hold a BFA in Illustration from Syracuse University and a Master's Degree in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College. I honed my design skills at Alex and Ani, an internationally-known jewelry company, where I earned the title of Lead Product Designer. I've had the pleasure of working with amazing clients such as Disney, Warner Brothers, HBO, and the David Lynch Foundation (to name a few).
Today I am a solopreneur, designer, and illustrator working in Rhode Island. In addition to my work as a product designer I have illustrated wine labels for the award-winning Sakonnet Vineyard, and created website graphics for such projects as RI Health Parity Initiative.
My primary tools are Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and traditional watercolor and acrylics. With every new project I strive to create informed, eye-catching, original designs with a high level of impact.
